Final Dividend Timetable

Further to the Final Results announcement made on 6 June 2011, the Directors of e2v technologies Plc are pleased to announce the final dividend timetable for the year ended 31 March 2011.

Proposed Final Dividend per Ordinary Share: 2.4 pence

Final Dividend Record date: 8 July 2011

AGM to approve Dividend: 27 July 2011

Final Dividend Payment date: 3 August 2011
