e2v technologies plc announces that the following amendments have been made to the Group's Director/PDMR Shareholding which were released at 14:52 on 10 November 2014 under RNS 6220W. The date of transaction and notification was 10 November 2014 and not 10 August 2014 as detailed in the previous announcement and the price per share is 166.3075 PENCE PER SHARE. All other details remain unchanged.
