Additional Listing Announcement - Amendment

Further to the announcement of 21 September 2012 entitled 'Additional Listing and Trading Plan Creation' (RNS number 9057M) e2v technologies plc ("e2v") issues the following correction:

The original text as below:

e2v has also applied for a further separate block listing of 3,500,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in e2v to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued pursuant to exercise of options granted in 2009 under the SAYE scheme (the 2009 options)

Should be corrected to
