Diaceutics PLC, (AIM: DXRX), a leading technology and solutions provider to the pharmaceutical industry, has been informed that Jordan Clark, Chief Commercial Officer, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), has on 28 April 2023 sold 3,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company each, at a price of 102 pence per Ordinary Share.
