Belfast and London, 23 May 2024 - Diaceutics PLC (AIM: DXRX) ("Diaceutics" or the "Company"), a leading technology and solutions provider to the pharma and biotech industry announces that on 22 May 2024, Graham Paterson, a Non-Executive Director of Diaceutics, purchased 39,934 ordinary shares of Ā£0.002 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price ofĀ Ā£1.2889Ā per Ordinary Share.Ā As a result of the purchase, Graham Paterson's shareholding in Diaceutics is 73,498 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
