Block Listing Application
The Company announces today that application has been made to the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares") to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
The application is being made by way of a block listing in respect of Shares which will be issued from time to time by the Company in relation to the exercise of share awards granted under the terms of the Devro plc Performance Share Plan. The Shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued shares. Admission, subject to allotment, is expected to occur on 6 April 2022.
