2012 Final dividend record date amendment

The following amendment has been made to the 'Results for the year ended 31 December 2012' announcement released on 26 February 2013 at 07:00 under RNS Number 6372Y.

Devro plc advises that the record date for the 2012 final dividend will be close of business on 2 April 2013, and not 7 April 2013 as previously stated.

All other details of the original announcement remain unchanged.
