Total Voting Rights
Further to the results of the tender offer announced on 10 November 2011, the share capital of the Company is 117,692,515. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company following the purchase and cancellation of the Ordinary Shares is 117,692,515.
The total voting rights figure (117,692,515) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules and/or the AIM Rules for Companies.
