Director Shareholding

The Company received notification on 14 June 2012 from Dragon Capital (which together with the Company's Investment Manager Dragon Capital Partners Limited is a part of the Dragon Capital Group) that on 12 June 2012 Dragon Capital acquired 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBP 0.30067 per ordinary share, 7,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBP 0.29100 per ordinary share and 13,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBP 0.29100 per ordinary share.

Following these share purchases, Dragon Capital Group now holds 14,178,561 shares representing 12.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Tomas Fiala, one of the Company's directors, is the principal shareholder and managing director of Dragon Capital, and is also a director of Dragon Capital Partners Limited.
