Directorate Changes
Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development plc wishes to announce the following changes to the board of directors of the Company, effective from 1 August 2013:
·; Existing non-executive director Rory Macnamara will replace Aloysius Wilhelmus Johannes van der Heijden as Chairman of the Company
·; Aloysius Wilhelmus Johannes van der Heijden will remain as a non-executive director
·; Nikolay Artemenko has resigned from the Board as he has been unable to dedicate adequate time to the Company given his other business interests
·; Existing non-executive director Fredrik Svinhufvud will be appointed head of the audit committee, replacing Rory Macnamara given Mr Macnamara's appointment as Chairman of the Company
The Board would like to express its gratitude to Aloysius Wilhelmus Johannes van der Heijden for chairing the company since the time it has become public in June 2007 and continue to rely on his real estate expertise in future and to Nikolay Artemenko for his dedication and expertise he has contributed during his tenure.
