This is to inform you that the 35th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company was held today i.e. Monday, September 25, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means, and the business(es) mentioned in the Notice dated August 31, 2023, convening the AGM were transacted at the AGM.
Dr. (Mrs.) Rashmi Aggarwal, Independent Director, was elected as chairperson for the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Requisite quorum being present, the meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. (IST).
