Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software for the international recruitment industry, was notified on 6 December 2012 that Alistair Milne, Director of Support Services, had sold 13,140 ordinary shares of 5p per share ("Ordinary Shares") in Dillistone at 70.50p per share on 5 December 2012.
Following the sale, Mr Milne has a beneficial interest in 59,109 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.32% of the issued share capital.
