Director/PDMR Shareholding
discoverIE Group plc (LSE : DSCV, "discoverIE" or the "Company"), a leading international designer, manufacturer and supplier of customised electronics was notified of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors of the Company.
Certain Directors have been issued new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the placing announced on 16 April 2019 as set out below. The new Ordinary Shares were issued to Directors on the same terms as other placees, at the placing price of 400 pence per share.
