Director Shareholding

Acal plc (LSE: ACL, "Acal" or the "Company"), a leading European specialist electronics supplier, announces that Richard Brooman, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 4,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 239.5p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Brooman holds 4,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
