Director Shareholding

Acal plc (LSE: ACL, "Acal" or the "Group"), a leading European specialist electronics supplier, announces that Penny Jefferies, daughter of Nick Jefferies (the Group Chief Executive), yesterday purchased 163 Ordinary Shares at a price of 358 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Jefferies is interested in 36,898 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
