discoverIE Group plc (LSE:DSCV, the "Company"), a leading international designer, manufacturer and supplier of customised electronics to industry, announces that, on 6 May 2022, Clive Watson acquired 2,875 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £6.90.
Following this purchase, Clive Watson is interested in 19,125 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's voting share capital.
