Maturity of Sharesave options
On 15 April 2020, options were granted under the Drax Group plc Sharesave Plan ('the Sharesave Plan'). The 2020 three-year Sharesave Plan options matured on 1 June 2023. Penelope Small, Group Generation Director and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, has notified the Company that on 1 June 2023 she exercised her options to acquire 14,162 ordinary shares at a price of 127.1 pence per share following the maturity of the Sharesave Plan.
