DQ Entertainment PLC14 February 2008 DQ Entertainment plc ("DQE") Memorandum of Understanding between DQ Entertainment plc and THINK Corporation, Japan DQE, the leading Indian animation and gaming content production company, todayannounced a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with THINK Corporation, Japan, a20 year old corporation providing a wide range of intellectual property creationservices. The MOU is the basis for the planned co-production of three animated high end 3DCGI TV Series and a direct-to-home video / feature film. This will enable boththe companies to benefit from global exploitation and distribution of theseintellectual properties. The three high-end CGI TV series under consideration are (1) Honeinu - kun inthe Makkura-Land (2) Love Rollercoaster (3) untitled (preschooler-targetedseries). Also under consideration is the proposal to co develop and co producethe direct-to-home video / feature film "Coluboccoro". The total budget forthese productions is estimated to be in the range of approximately USD 24million. The said TV series and film will be released from 2009 onwards.
