Board Change

DQ Entertainment plc, a global entertainment production and distribution company focused on children's and family animation content, announces that on 11 September 2015 it received notice from Mr. Santhanaraman Vaidyanathan that he will not seek re-election as a non-executive director of the Company at the Company's annual general meeting on 28 September 2015 and will be stepping down from the Board of DQE immediately thereafter.

The Directors of DQE are reviewing possible candidates to replace Mr. Santhanaraman Vaidyanathan and a further announcement will be made at the appropriate time.
