Publication of Circular & Notice of General Meeting
DP Poland, the operator of pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement made on 27 March 2024 regarding the Placing, Subscription and Retail Offer, a Circular, including the notice of General Meeting, and a Form of Proxy was posted to shareholders on 2 April 2024.
The General Meeting will be held at the offices of PwC, 1 Embankment Place, London, WC2N 6RH at 12.00 p.m. on 18 April 2024.
A copy of the Circular will shortly be available to download from the company's website at www.dppoland.com.
