DP Poland announces that on 25 June 2021, it was notified that Patrick Bodenham, Company Secretary, sold a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Patrick Bodenham's total direct and indirect interest in the Company is 468,836 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's total issued share capital.
