DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTORS' LTIP AWARDS
The Remuneration Committee has today approved the grant of the following Awards to the following Directors under the Diploma PLC 2011 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"):

NP Lingwood | 73,356 Ordinary Shares | £7.30 |
The Awards made today are subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three year performance period ending 30 September 2018 and the numbers of Ordinary Shares shown above represent the maximum number of shares over which these Awards may vest.
A summary of the PSP, including the performance conditions relating to these Awards, is set out in the Annual Report & Accounts 2015 that was sent to Shareholders on 9 December 2015 and is available on the Company's website at www.diplomaplc.com
