DIRECTOR / PDMR GRANT OF LTIP AWARD
Following the announcement this morning that Johnny Thomson has joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer, the Remuneration Committee has today approved the grant to Johnny Thomson of 122,801 PSP Award Shares at a share price of £13.64 under the Diploma PLC 2011 Performance Share Plan ("PSP").
The Award made today is subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three-year performance period ending 30 September 2021 and the number of Ordinary Shares shown above represents the maximum number of shares over which this Award may vest.
A summary of the PSP, including the performance conditions which will apply to this Award, is also set out in the Annual Report & Accounts 2018 that were sent to Shareholders on 7 December 2018 and are available on the Company's website at www.diplomaplc.com.
