CHAIRMAN RETIREMENT
Diploma PLC announces that John Nicholas has indicated his intention to retire as Chairman of the Company in the early part of 2022. John, who has served on the Board for eight years, with more than six years as Chairman, has overseen its successful evolution with the appointment of both executive and non-executive directors.
A process to select and appoint a successor has already commenced, led by Anne Thorburn, the Senior Independent Director.
