DP Aircraft I Limited (the "Company")

Interim Dividend

The Company has declared an interim dividend, in respect of the period starting 1 July 2016 and ended 30 September 2016, of 2.25 cents per ordinary preference no par value share (the 'Shares') to holders of Shares on the register at 28 October 2016.

The ex-dividend date will be 27 October 2016, with payment expected 14 November 2016.
