Issue of Options

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that it has issued a total of 1,500,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company on 7th November, representing 0.54% of dotDigital's issued share capital. The exercise price for these options is 13p, being the closing share price on 7th November. These options are being issued to 6 employees.

Following this issue of options, the total number of share options that will be outstanding is 19,677,930 representing 7.15% of dotDigital's issued share capital.
