dotDigital Group plc (the "Company")
Exercise of Options
dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), announces that it has issued and allotted 190,000 shares of 0.5p each pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's approved Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme.
An application for admission of the new shares to trading on AIM has been submitted and trading is expected to commence on 14 March 2012.
The total number of shares in issue following the exercise of options is 275,162,065.
