Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer
dotdigital Group plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that Phillip Blundell has joined the Company as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Following completion of regulatory procedures, Phillip Blundell will be appointed as a director of the Company.
Philip will be overseeing the finance and legal department and assisting the Group with the continuation of the successful strategy in growing this business.
He has previously held CFO roles at Eagle Eye Solutions Group plc and Intelligent Environments and has over 18 years' experience as a CFO, building strong software businesses through product innovation and global strategic partnerships.
