Board Change
dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), a leading omnichannel marketing automation platform, announces that Simon Bird has informed the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") that he wishes to step down from the Board with immediate effect to pursue other business opportunities.
Frank Beechinor-Collins, Non-Executive Chairman said, "The Board wishes to acknowledge Simon's contribution to the business as the original architect and creative technical force behind the dotdigital platform and wishes to thank him for his invaluable contribution over the past 18 years."
