Director's Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that on the 9 September 2014, Cheryl Jones, Non-Executive Director, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 5p per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Cheryl Jones holds 2,100,000 ordinary shares in Dods representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
