BOARD CHANGES

Dods, the AIM Listed political communications company, has announced the following Board changes:

·; Sir William Wells has joined the Board as a non executive Director. Sir William's career encompasses senior positions in public health, commercial property, insurance and small business

·; Andrew Wilson has joined the Board as a non executive Director. Andrew is on the Boards of a number of companies including Restore plc and Impellam plc

These appointments are made with immediate effect.
