2022 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to the announcement of its preliminary results for the financial year ended 31 March 2022 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company announces that the following documents have been submitted in full unedited text to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2022 (the "2022 Annual Report")

· Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (the "2022 Notice of Meeting"), which will take place at 9.30am on Thursday 14 July 2022 at 28 Jamestown Road, Camden, London, NW1 7BY

· Form of Proxy for the 2022 Annual General Meeting

In compliance with rule 6.3.5R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the 2022 Annual Report and 2022 Notice of Meeting are also available on the Company's website, www.drmartensplc.com. The 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements have been prepared using the single electronic reporting format specified in the TD ESEF Regulation.
