("Dianomi", the "Company" or the "Group")
PDMR Dealings
Dianomi, a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium clients in the Business, Finance and Lifestyle sectors, announces that it has been notified of the following sales of ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs") (the "Sales"). The Sales were effected in order to fund personal tax liabilities.
