DUNELM GROUPΒ plc (Company)
InΒ accordance with paragraph 12.6.4Β R of the Listing Rules,Β the Company advisesΒ thatΒ itΒ has made the followingΒ transfers ofΒ ordinary shares out of treasury:
1.Β 43,500Β ordinary shares of 1 pence eachΒ wereΒ todayΒ transferredΒ out of treasuryΒ to participants in its Dunelm Group Executive Share Option Plan.
2.Β The highest price paid for a shareΒ was Β£0.46.
3.Β The lowest price paid for a share was Β£0.46.
4.Β Following theΒ above transfer of shares out of treasury, theΒ Company holds a total of 951,500Β ordinary shares of 1 pence eachΒ as treasury shares.
5.Β The total number of shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 199,839,900.
