InĀ accordance with paragraph 12.6.4Ā R of the Listing Rules,Ā the Company advisesĀ thatĀ itĀ has made the followingĀ transfers ofĀ ordinary shares out of treasury:
1. 252,828Ā ordinary shares of 1 pence eachĀ wereĀ todayĀ transferredĀ out of treasuryĀ to participants in its Dunelm GroupĀ Savings Related Share OptionĀ Plan.
2. The highest price paid for a shareĀ was Ā£1.53
3. The lowestĀ price paid for a share was Ā£1.53.
4.Ā Following theĀ above transfer of shares out of treasury, theĀ Company holds a totalĀ ofĀ 339,222Ā ordinary shares of 1 pence eachĀ as treasury shares.
5.Ā The total number of shares in issue excluding treasury shares isĀ 200,452,178.
