Dunelm Group plc13 December 2006 13 December 2006 Dunelm Group plc ("Dunelm" or the "Company") Gift of shares and Director/PDMR Holdings The Company was notified on 12 December 2007 that William (Bill) Adderley hastransferred 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Dunelm ("Shares")(representing 2.5% of the issued ordinary share capital of Dunelm) to William(Will) Lester Adderley for nil consideration. Following the above transfer, Will Adderley now holds 50,000,000 Shares,representing 25% of the issued ordinary share capital of Dunelm. Bill Adderleyholds 75,000,000 shares in his own name and is interested in a total of83,670,000 including those shares held by his wife, representing 37.5% and41.84%, respectively, of Dunelm's issued ordinary share capital.
