Dunelm Group plc25 September 2007 25 September 2007 Grant of conditional awards over ordinary shares to Directors under the 2007/2008 Long Term Incentive Programme (LTIP) Conditional awards over ordinary shares in Dunelm Group plc in the form of a nilcost option have been granted to Will Adderley, Chief Executive and David Stead,Finance Director, under the 2007/2008 LTIP on 24 September 2007. The maximum award under the LTIP is 120% of basic salary for each executivedirector. This will vest, subject to the performance conditions, followingpublication of results for the year to 30 June 2010.
