NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
Sharesave options exercise by Nick Wilkinson
Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified by Nick Wilkinson, Chief Executive Officer, that on 14 February 2022 he exercised 3,757 sharesave options over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company. These options were granted to him at 479 pence per share on 15 November 2018 under the terms of the Dunelm Group 2014 Sharesave Plan and vested on 1 January 2022. Mr Wilkinson will retain the shares in accordance with the shareholding guidelines set out in the approved Remuneration Policy.
Total interests in shares
Following the transaction set out above Mr Wilkinson is beneficially interested in 249,759 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company, 0.123% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares).
