NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Sharesave option granted to Keith Down
On 16 November 2016, Keith Down, Chief Financial Officer, was granted options over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Dunelm Group 2014 Sharesave Plan.
Options were granted over 2,910 Shares at 618.5 pence per share. The options will be exercisable between 1 January and 30 June 2020 in accordance with the rules of the Plan.
In addition to the options noted above, Keith Down hold options over the Company's ordinary shares as follows:
