Diurnal Group plc (AIM: DNL), the specialty pharmaceutical company targeting patient needs in chronic endocrine (hormonal) diseases, announces the following subscriptions for shares by Directors or persons closely associated with them in its recent Placing on the same terms as other investors, as disclosed in the circular issued on 28 May 2019:
Martin Whitaker, Chief Executive Officer, subscribed for 19,230 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in Diurnal Group plc ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction Martin Whitaker has a total interest of 69,959 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the total voting rights in the Company.
Richard Bungay, Chief Financial Officer, subscribed for 19,230 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction Richard Bungay has a total interest of 21,452 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the total voting rights in the Company.
Peter Allen, Chairman, subscribed for 84,722 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction Peter Allen has a total interest of 169,444 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% of the total voting rights in the Company.
John Goddard, Non-executive Director, subscribed for 38,461 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction John Goddard has a total interest of 103,476 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the total voting rights.
Alan Raymond, Non-executive Director, and his wife, Lynne Raymond, subscribed respectively for 19,231 and 19,230 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction Alan Raymond and his wife have a total interest of 67,349 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the total voting rights in the Company. 39,119 Ordinary Shares are held by Alan Raymond and 28,330 Ordinary Shares are held by his wife.
