The expanded agreement takes effect in January 2006. Danka and Kodak have had a highly successful sales and service alliance withKodak's line of DIGIMASTER black-and-white production printing systems. Thisexpanded alliance will enable Danka to increase its sales of DIGIMASTERproduction printers in corporate, print for pay and government markets; Kodakwill enjoy growth of NEXPRESS production colour press systems sales in thesemarkets through Danka's support. The agreement closely aligns the Kodak andDanka sales organisations to leverage the capabilities of each in their coremarkets.
