Preliminary Unaudited Net Asset Value announcement for 31 December 2020

The Board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce a preliminary unaudited net asset value of 413.5p per share as at 31 December 2020 (393.1p at 30 September 2020).

The preliminary unaudited net asset value has been calculated using the underlying managers' latest valuations (including those received since 31 December 2020), which remain subject to review by the Board of Directors and audit by Johnston Carmichael LLP.

Based on those valuations, as at 31 December 2020, the Company's unlisted investments were valued at £62.3m. The Company also held cash balances of £13.9m and net current liabilities of £1.4m making a total net assets position of £74.8m.

The audited net asset value per share will be published around 15 March 2021.
