Dunedin Enterprise Inv Trust PLC04 January 2005 Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC Appointment of Non-Executive Director The board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC ("Dunedin Enterprise") ispleased to announce the appointment of Elisabeth ("Liz") Airey and WilliamHaughey as non-executive directors with effect from 1 January 2005. Ms Airey has over twenty years experience in banking, corporate advisory andfinance. She worked from 1990 to 1999 as Finance Director of Monument Oil andGas plc until its sale to Lasmo plc. She currently has a portfolio of rolesincluding as an executive director at the oil industry specialist corporatefinance boutique, Harrison Lovegrove & Co Limited, and as chairman of Zetex plc,the quoted semiconductor company. Mr Haughey is Executive Chairman of City Refrigeration Holdings Limited, acompany he set up in 1985. The company is now one of the UK's largestspecialist refrigeration and facilities management companies. CityRefrigeration employs over 10,500 people and its client list includes Wal*Mart/Asda, Anheuser Busch, Arcadia, Stagecoach and Coors.
