Acquisition of the sixth aircraft

Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited ("DNA2") and its wholly-owned subsidiary Doric Nimrod Air Finance Alpha Limited ("DNA Alpha") are pleased to announce that DNA Alpha, on 9 November 2012 purchased an Airbus A380-861 aircraft bearing manufacturer's serial number 109 (the "Aircraft") for the sum of US$234,000,000.
DNA Alpha also entered into an Aircraft Operating Lease with Emirates pursuant to which the Aircraft would be leased to Emirates.
About the Company
DNA2 is a Guernsey domiciled company with shares admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (LSE:DNA2/DN2C).
DNA Alpha is a Guernsey domiciled company with enhanced equipment trust certificates admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
DNA2's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its Shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling aircraft (the "Assets").
To pursue its investment objective, DNA2 will seek to use the net proceeds of placings and other equity capital raisings (including the C Share issue), together with debt facilities (or instruments), to initially acquire Airbus A380 aircraft which will be leased to Emirates Airlines.
The Company aims to provide Shareholders with an attractive total return comprising income, from distributions through the period of the Company's ownership of the Assets, and capital, upon the sale of the Assets.
