ASSET SALE UPDATE

On 15 July 2022 the Company announced its agreement to sell its Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates (the "July Announcement").

Further to the July Announcement, the Board is happy to announce that, following the Lease End Date, sale proceeds of £25.30m have been received with title successfully passing to Emirates.

The Board wishes to thank Emirates for its part in this transaction, and the Board intends to provide a further update to shareholders, in relation to the return of the proceeds and the liquidation of the Company, in January 2023.
