Director/PDMR Shareholding
Further to the 20 January 2022 announcement confirming approval of the resolutions at the General Meeting, DeepMatter confirms the following Directors [and their Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs")] have purchased a total of 6,606,145 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing, Subscription and Open Offer announced on 24 December 2021. In addition, directors have purchased a total of 10,158,824 shares in the market since the fundraising shares were admitted to trading. All transactions outlined below:

Share options have been granted to the executive directors as part of a new all staff share option grant. The options are subject to performance criteria that include revised share price, time and revenue performance and are subject to a 2-year lock-in. The total number of options granted to all employees is 420,500,000 including to the following PDMRs:
