Further to the announcement released on 25 August 2015, the Company confirms that Application for Admission to trading on AIM of the 525,739,933 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence, comprising the 197,740,641 Existing Issued Shares the subject of the Subdivision, the 195,999,292 Consideration Shares and the 132,000,000 Placing Shares, has been made and it expected that admission will take place on or about 8:00 a.m. on 15 September 2015.
