Further to the FTSE notice released on 25 June 2025 in relation to Aviva (UK): Acquisition of Direct Line Insurance Group (UK), please note the FTSE 250 Index replacement and associated changes.

All other details remain unchanged. Please see updated notice below:

Subject to the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash and stock offer for Direct Line Insurance Group (UK, constituent) by Aviva (UK, constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Aviva (UK, BPQY8M8) will remain in the FTSE 100 index.

Direct Line Insurance Group (UK, BY9D0Y1) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 index.

Warehouse REIT (UK, BD2NCM3) will be added to the FTSE 250 index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap index.

All changes effective from 2 July 2025.
