Daejan Holdings PLC17 August 2007 DAEJAN HOLDINGS PLC INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT Daejan Holdings PLC (the Company) presents its interim management statement forthe period ending 30 June 2007 as required by the UK Listing Authority'sDisclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3. The Company published its Annual Report on 3 August 2007 for the full year to 31March 2007. This interim management statement summarises any further relevantinformation for the first quarter of the current financial year. Net Rental Income in the period in both the UK and USA is in line with ourexpectations. Sales of properties are rarely evenly spaced throughout the yearand this year is no exception with no significant sales of property to report inthe first quarter. Good progress has been made on the refurbishment of our property at 164Shaftesbury Avenue which will comprise 29,000 square feet of high quality officespace when complete at the end of 2007. The building programme for this projectis expected to complete in December. The redevelopment of our property in Worship Street in the City of London is inits early stages with completion expected towards the end of 2008. As previously reported a final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2007 hasbeen proposed for payment on 2 November 2007 subject to approval at the AnnualGeneral Meeting which will be held on Friday 26 October 2007. To qualify for thedividend shareholders must be on the register on 5 October 2007. Other than the matters described above the Board is not aware of any materialevents during the period from 1 April to the date of this statement which wouldhave a material impact on the financial position of the Company.
