Diales Plc (AIM: DIAL), the global specialist dispute avoidance and dispute resolution consultancy, announces that the Company's change of name to Diales Group Plc ("Diales") has been registered at Companies House.

 

It is expected that trading in the Company's shares under its new name, Diales Group Plc will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on 3 March 2025. The Company's ticker ("DIAL"), ISIN (GB00B0L9C092), SEDOL (B0L9C09) and website address (www.diales.com) will remain unchanged.
